Realignment in the Supervisory Board and Executive Board of EVN AG

Dr. Zeh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will abandon his position at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for January 19, 2004. Dr. Gruber, Chairman of the Executive Board, will abandon his position in the Executive Board at the Annual General Meeting to be at disposition for election into the Supervisory Board. The appointment of the Executive Board mandate is to be decided after a required public tender for the position.
