Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 20 June 2019 that Mr Paul Wise, Executive Chairman of Everyman, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of 167.64 pence per share on 19 June 2019 and 20 June 2019.

Following the above transactions, Mr Wise and his persons closely associated ("PCAs") has increased his shareholding to 2,756,752 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.81 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
