Strategic Partnership Agreement Update

EV Resources Limited (ASX:EVR) (“ EVR ” or the “ Company ”) advises that in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding with Ya Hua International Investment and Development Co Ltd (“Ya Hua”), the Strategic Partnership Agreement is progressing and discussions continue.

The Board is confident that the parties will reach agreement shortly and will notify the market accordingly.
