MOLYBDENUM PROJECT DRILLING PROGRAM FULLY FUNDED

The Company is pleased to advise that, including commitments for exercise of options received and currently being processed, it has or will receive over \$2 million in funds from the early exercise of the current series of listed options.

The Company has therefore approximately \$2.5 million available and as a consequence its forthcoming drilling and exploration program is fully funded. This program has now commenced with drilling targeted for late July 2008.

The Company is proceeding to finalise the Notice of Meeting to complete the Molybdenum project acquisition with approval targeted for a shareholders meeting in July 2008.
