PUBLICATION OF THE KID RELATING TO UNEXERCISED RIGHTS

Notice relating to the stock exchange o1ering of unexercised rights published in the daily newspaper "Italia Oggi."

Amaro (Udine), 20 February 2026 – Eurotech S.p.A. ("Eurotech" or the "Company") announces that today it has made available to the public – at its registered office, on the Company's website at www.eurotech.com and on the authorized storage mechanism at – the Key Information Document ("KID"), prepared pursuant to EU Regulation No. 1286/2014, relating to the unexercised rights in connection with the rights issue resolved by the Board of Directors on 27 January 2026.

The Company has also made available today, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the notice relating to the stock exchange offering of the unexercised option rights in the daily newspaper "Italia Oggi."
