On 17 February 2017 Wilskow Holding AS has sold 350,000 shares in Europris ASA

at an average share price of NOK 36.50 per share. Wilskow Holding AS is 100%

owned by Petter Chr Wilskow, Director of HR & Legal and primary insider in

Europris ASA.

Following this transaction, Wilskow Holding AS will own 50,000 shares in

Europris ASA.
