BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION

Eurocell plc (the "Company") announces that applications have been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Official List of the FCA for block admissions in respect of a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.

The block admissions will be used from time to time to satisfy the issue and allotment of shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the following employee share schemes:

·    Eurocell plc 2018 Save-As-You-Earn scheme - 300,000 Ordinary Shares

·    Eurocell plc Employee Share Option schemes - 200,000 Ordinary Shares.

It is expected that admission of the Ordinary Shares will become effective on 22 April 2021.
