Director/PDMR Shareholding

Eurocell plc (LSE: ECEL), the market leading, vertically integrated UK manufacturer, distributor and recycler of innovative window, door and roofline PVC products, announces that on 15 May 2018, Ian Kemp acquired 20,262 shares and Anthony Smith acquired 23,026 shares at nil cost under the Company Performance Share Plan. Ian Kemp sold all 20,262 shares at 234.00p. Anthony Smith sold 10,878 shares at 234.00p to satisfy the related tax liabilities. Ian Kemp's holding in the company, following these transactions, is 846,492 shares, and Anthony Smith's is 553,814 shares. Both Ian Kemp and Anthony Smith are considered to be PDMRs.
