HEATH ROBERTS APPOINTED AS COMPANY SECRETARY

1. Introduction

Estrella Resources Limited (ASX: ESR) ( Estrella or Company ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Heath Roberts as the company secretary of Estrella.

Mr Roberts is a commercial solicitor with eighteen years ASX listed exploration and mining company experience, to Executive Director Level.

He has particular strength in corporate operations and compliance, project permitting and stakeholder negotiations, exploration asset due diligence, acquisitions and equity/debt funding. In recent years Mr Roberts was an Executive Director of WPG Resources Ltd (ASX: WPG).

Mr Roberts replaces Mr Justin Clyne, who has resigned as Company Secretary of Estrella in order to pursue other business commitments. The Board of Estrella extends its sincere thanks to Mr Clyne for his service as Company Secretary and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
