and of the updated Articles of Association
Registration in the Company Register of the resolution amendment to Articles 8, 10, 12, 16 and 19 of the Articles of Association
Vimercate (MB), 24 September 2024 - Esprinet informs that the minute of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 6 September 2024 and updated Articles of Association are available to the public at the Company headquarter and at the eMarket Storage system on the internet address . The documents are also available on the internet site www.esprinet.com.
The Company also informs that the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting to the amendment to Articles 8, 10, 12, 16 and 19 of the Articles of Association, was registered in the Company Register of Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi on 23 September 2024.
