Section 2 – Financial Information

Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 6, 2020, Escalade, Incorporated ("Escalade") issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing financial information regarding Escalade's second quarter results for 2020.

On August 6, 2020, the Board of Directors of Escalade announced that a quarterly dividend of fourteen cents $0.14 per share would be paid to all shareholders of record on September 14, 2020 and disbursed on September 21, 2020.
