Perfezionata l'acquisizione di 7 parchi eolici per complessivi 172 MW
Genova, 9 settembre 2022 – ERG, tramite una propria controllata, ha acquistato in data odierna l'intero capitale sociale di sette società, proprietarie di altrettanti parchi eolici situati in Italia, da EDP Renewables Italia Holding S.r.l. L'accordo prevede che una quota di minoranza in una delle suddette società sia ceduta ad ERG direttamente da un terzo investitore.
Gli impianti, con una capacità installata totale pari a 172 MW ed una produzione complessiva annua di circa 400 GWh, beneficiano di un regime tariffario "CfD" (contratto per differenza) con il GSE della durata di 20 anni a partire dalla loro entrata in esercizio, avvenuta tra il 2018 e la fine del 2021.
In linea con quanto già comunicato (vedi CS del 29 luglio 2022), il corrispettivo dell'operazione in termini di enterprise value al 31/12/2021 è di circa 420 milioni di euro e l'Ebitda per il primo semestre 2022 pari a circa 36 milioni di euro.

Completion of the closing for the acquisition of seven wind farms
for a total capacity of 172 MW
Genoa, 9 September 2022 – Through one of its subsidiaries, ERG has acquired today the entire share capital of seven companies owning seven wind farms in Italy from EDP Renewables Italia Holding S.r.l. According to the agreement one minority stake in one of the above companies will be directly acquired by a third-party investor.
The plants, for a total installed capacity of 172 MW and overall annual production of 400 GWh, benefit from the 20-year 'CfD' (Contract for Difference) pricing scheme with GSE from their commissioning date, occurred between 2018 and the end of 2021.
As previously announced (see press release on 29th July 2022), the transaction amount in terms of enterprise value as of 31/12/2021 is of around €420 million di euro. During the first semester of 2022, the portfolio registered an EBITDA of around €36 million.
