New CEO / CFO of Havyard Group

As a result of the restructuring of the group with the establishment of HAV Group ASA as a new sub-group, there will be changes in the group management for Havyard Group ASA.

Gunnar Larsen moves to a new position as CEO of HAV Group and where Erik Høyvik takes over as CEO of Havyard Group. Pål Aurvåg will at the same time take over as CFO of Havyard Group, and will also act as CFO of HAV Group through a "corporate service agreement" between the companies.
