Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A(7) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that Potluri Venkata Subbarao (PV Subbarao) as Vice President- Operations (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company, has tendered his resignation and will cease to be in employment of the Company from the closing of business hours of May 30, 2026- being his last working day.
