Closing of the Oslo Areal transaction

Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 3rd December 2021 regarding

the acquisition of Oslo Areal for NOK 13.55 bn. The transaction is now

successfully closed and Oslo Areal will be consolidated in Entra's financial

figures from today.
