Director Shareholding

The Company received notification on 13 March 2017 that Martin Perry, CEO, acquired on 13 March 2017 201,064 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19p per Ordinary Share.  Following this acquisition, Mr Perry has an interest in 1,494,968 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.5 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company also received notification on 13 March 2017 that Robin Pinchbeck, a non-executive director, acquired on 13 March 2017 201,064 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19p per Ordinary Share.  Following this acquisition, Mr Pinchbeck has an interest in 931,856 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.5 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
