The ENGIE Group has decided to assess strategic options for ENGIE EPS SA, including the possible divestment of its stake in the company.

ENGIE will continue to actively develop battery energy storage solutions globally, especially in combination with renewable power generation, as ENGIE strongly believes that combining both technologies is essential in supporting our customers towards a neutral-carbon transition.
