Oslo Børs, in capacity as take-over supervisory authority, has approved the offer set out in the offer document dated 13 December 2023 in respect of:

Mandatory offer to acquire the shares in BW Energy Limited made by BW Group Limited

Offer price: NOK 27 per share

Offer period: From and including 14 December 2023 to 16:30 hours (CET) on 12 January 2024 (subject to extension)
