Change of Directors

• Dr Ron Watts to resign as Director effective 30 June 2017

• Mr John Mackay AM to be appointed as Director effective 30 June 2017

Energy management technology and services company, Energy Action Limited (ASX: EAX) (“Energy Action” or “Company”), announces changes to Energy Action’s Board of Directors with the retirement of Dr Ron Watts effective close of business 30 June 2017 and the appointment of Mr John Mackay with effect from 30 June 2017.

Ron Watts is a co-founder of Energy Action and has been a Director since the company was incorporated in 2003. He also served as Chairman until 2015. He has played a key role in establishing and growing the Company and has made a significant contribution as a Director bringing extensive knowledge of the energy market. The Company thanks Ron for his valuable insight, knowledge and judgement.

The Company also announces the appointment of Mr John Mackay as an independent non-executive Director to the Board.

John Mackay AM is the Independent Non-executive Chairman of Speedcast International (ASX:SDA), a listed satellite services company and Chairman of the National Arboretum Foundation. John has over 15 years of experience as a Chairman and Director of major companies across the communications, utilities, energy, health, construction and education sectors including as Chairman and CEO of ACTEW Corporation and CEO, Chairman and founder of its joint venture with AGL. He will bring excellent energy industry knowledge to the Company. John has also been a Chairman or Director of several charitable, arts and sporting boards and was previously Chancellor of the University of Canberra.
