Energy Action Limited (“EAX”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Mark de Kock as a Non‐ Executive Director effective 17 August 2015.

With a background in Corporate and IT Strategy across a diverse range of Industries, including ASX 100 organisations, Mark has over 20 years’ experience in driving commercial outcomes through strategy and technology. Mark most recently held the position of CEO for Trident Subsea Cable and previous roles include Executive Director for Strategy at Vocus Communications, General Manager of eCommerce IT at Qantas and General Manager of Web Transformation at Singtel Optus. Mark also has worked for Vodafone, HP (Tandem/Compaq) and BT Financial Group.

Mr de Kock was recommended to be appointed by one of EAX’s major shareholders, Microequities Asset Management, as a Nominee Director. The Board has considered Mr de Kock’s experience and believes he can contribute to the company’s strategy and growth. He will be subject to the same re‐ election process and duties as any other director of EAX. In particular, Mr de Kock will be required to stand for re‐election at the next Annual General Meeting.
