MINUTES OF RESOLUTION APPROVING MERGER BY INCORPORATION OF ENEL SOUTH AMERICA INTO ENEL PUBLISHED
Rome, August 3 rd , 2017 – Enel S.p.A. ("Enel") informs that, pursuant to art. 70, paragraph 7, of the "Issuers Regulation" adopted by Consob with resolution no. 11971/1999, the minutes containing the resolution passed by Enel's Board of Directors on July 27th, 2017 on the approval of the merger by incorporation of the fully owned company Enel South America S.r.l. into Enel are available to the public as of today at the Company's registered office, on Enel's website (www.enel.com) and in the authorised storage mechanism "eMarketStorage" ().
