With reference to Current Report No. 30/2023 of 15 July 2023 on receiptof proposed transaction terms for the acquisition of shares of ENEAWytwarzanie sp. z o.o. and ENEA Elektrownia Połaniec S.A. by the StateTreasury, the ENEA S.A. Management Board hereby reports that on 10August 2023 it adopted a resolution on accepting the proposal toconclude the transaction term sheet for the acquisition by the StateTreasury of all shares of ENEA Wytwarzanie sp. z o.o. and ENEAElektrownia Połaniec S.A. held by ENEA S.A., together with theirsubsidiaries, to establish the National Energy Security Agency.
