The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") is announcing that on 24August 2017, the Supervisory Board of the Company has adoptedresolutions on the dismissal from the Management Board of the Company ofMr. Wiesław Piosik, Member of the Management Board for Corporate Affairsand Mr. Mikołaj Franzkowiak, Member of the Management Board forFinancial Affairs. The resolutions enter into force on the date ofadoption. Supervisory Board of the Company did not state the reasons forthe dismissal of the above persons.

At the same time, the Supervisory Board of the Company has delegated, onthe same date, Supervisory Board Member, Mr. Rafał Szymański, totemporarily serve as the Member of the Management Board for CorporateAffairs of Enea S.A. for a period not exceeding three months, until theappointment of a new Member of the Management Board for CorporateAffairs of Enea S.A. At today's meeting of the Supervisory Board it wasalso decided to launch recruitment process for the positions of Memberof the Management Board for Corporate Affairs and Member of theManagement Board for Financial Affairs.

Mr. Rafał Szymański is employed at the Supervision Department of theMinistry of Energy. As part of his professional duties he is responsiblefor, among others, supervision over State Treasury companies. He haspreviously served at the Ministry of State Treasury, where he wasemployed as, among others, Head of the Department supervising powerindustry companies in which the State Treasury holds stakes.

Mr. Rafał Szymański has graduated from the University of Warmia andMazury, majoring in Ecological Engineering and has completedPost-graduate Studies on the Functioning of the Energy Market at theWarsaw School of Economics.

He was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Enea S.A. on 2 July 2015.He is currently serving as the Secretary of the Supervisory Board andthe Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
