In relation to the current report No. 30/2017 dated 24 August 2017 theManagement Board of Enea S.A. (Company) hereby attaches the additionalinformation as regards the education, qualification and formerly heldpositions, including the description of the professional experience ofMr. Rafał Szymański, the Member of the Supervisory Board, delegated totemporarily serve as the Member of the Management Board for CorporateAffairs of Enea S.A.

Rafał Szymański graduated from the University of Warmia and Mazurymajoring in Ecological Engineering and from Post-graduate Studies on theFunctioning of the Energy Market at the Warsaw School of Economics. Healso graduated from numerous trainings on project management, analysisof economic and financial situations and economic positions ofcompanies. He was nominated into the Supervisory Board of Enea S.A. on 2July 2015. He is currently serving as the Secretary of the SupervisoryBoard and the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

From 2012 he was connected with the Ministry of Treasury, where he helde.g. the position of the Head of the Department supervising the powersector companies owned by the State Treasury. Formerly, he gained hisprofessional experience in the Ministry of Environment where he wasresponsible for the issues relating to e.g. the emission of greenhousegases and international negotiations within this scope.

Mr. Rafał Szymański is employed at the Supervision Department of theMinistry of Energy. His professional duties include e.g. ownershipsupervision of State Treasury companies.

As part of his professional duties he is responsible for the supervisionof the whole of economic and legal issues related to the operations ofState Treasury companies from the energy sector and an analysis,preparation and execution of the ownership supervision over StateTreasury companies and drafting ownership decisions in relation tosupervised companies. Apart from the execution of regular supervisionactivities he additionally prepares and analyses a range of issues anddocuments connected with the functioning of the power sector.

According to his statement, Mr. Rafał Szymański has not conducted, inany form, any competitive activity towards Enea S.A., and has notparticipated in any competitive company as a partner of a civil company,as a partner of a partnership or a member of an authority of a jointstock company and has not participated in any other competitive legalperson as a member of its bodies. Mr. Rafał Szymański is not listed inthe Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained based on the act on KRS(National Court Register).
