Mr. Stanisław Kazimierz Hebda has over 28 years of professional experience, including 15 years on managerial positions.

He is a graduate of the Main School of Planning and Statistics (currently the Warsaw School of Economics). He studied at the Faculty of Production Economics, Specialisation in Economics and Industry Organisation.

In the last year of studies, he was employed as an Assistant at the Chair of Economics. He worked for the Warsaw School of Economics for almost 10 years. He completed a two-year scientific internship at the University of Economicsin Vienna as part of a doctoral scholarship.

In the years 1991 - 1992 he worked at Telewizja Polska SA in the Editorial Office of the International Publicity. He has over 10 years of experience in the diplomatic service, he was a consul for trade at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Munich and Cologne.

He completed postgraduate studies in National Security (University of Warsaw), European Studies (University of Warsaw) and postgraduate Studies in Audit and Internal Control (Academy of Finance). He completed numerous courses and trainings related to e.g. corporate finance management. He was the Chairman of the Audit Committee at Korporacja Ubezpieczeń Kredytów Eksportowych SA.

He is an appointed civil servant. An expert in the field of ownership supervision over State Treasury companies. In 1995, he passed the exam for supervisory boards of State Treasury companies. He represented the State Treasury in supervisory boards of 7 companies, including STOEN SA, KUKE SA, and Huta Zawiercie SA. He was a member the Examination Board for supervisory boards at the Ministry of Treasury.

Professional experience:

1989 - 1997 SGPiS / SGH (Main School of Planning and Statistics / the Warsaw School of Economics) academic teacher at the Chair of Economics and Market and Competition Analysis. Scope of duties: didactic and scientific works.

1991-1992 Telewizja Polska SA, Editorial Office of International Publicity, junior editor. Scope of duties: development and issue of programmes.

1995 - 1999 Ministry of Privatisation / Ministry of Treasury, chief specialist. Scope of duties: conducting privatisation projects, including through the stock exchange, ownership supervision over companies of strategic importance for the state economy, including supervision over the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the National Depository of Securities.

1999 - 2000 Main Office of the Capital City of Warsaw, Department of Ownership Transformationand Ownership Supervision, deputy director. Scope of duties: ownership transformations of municipal plants, ownership supervision over municipal companies.

2000 - 2005 Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Munich, Faculty of Economics and Trade, Consul on Trade. Scope of duties: promotion of the Polish economy, entrepreneurs, participation in exhibitions, fairs. Representation during talks with the authorities of the country of office, chambers of commerce and industry, etc. issues of consular protection.

2006 - 2012 Ministry of Economy, Department of Supervised and Subordinate Entities, director / advisor to the minister. Scope of duties: ownership supervision over coal mining companies, companies managing special economic zones, supervision over the Energy Regulatory Office, Central Office of Measures, Patent Office, Polish Centre for Accreditation, Office of Technical Inspection, supervision over research and development units, supervision over Trade Promotion and Investment Departments abroad.

2012 – 10.10.2017 Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Cologne, Department of Trade and Investment Promotion, First Counsellor, Consul. Scope of duties: promotion of the Polish economy, entrepreneurs, participation in exhibitions, fairs. Representation during talks with the authorities of the country of office, chambers of commerce and industry, etc. Issues of consular protection.

Currently - General Director in the Ministry of Energy. Scope of duties: providing service and guaranteeing efficient operation of the office.

According to his statement, Mr. Stanisław Kazimierz Hebda has not conducted, in any form, any competitive activity towards Enea S.A., and has not participated in any competitive company as a partner of a civil company, as a partner of a partnership or a member of an authority of a joint stock company and has not participated in any other competitive legal person as a member of its bodies. Mr. Stanisław Kazimierz Hebda is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained based on the act on KRS (National Court Register).
