("Company", "Issuer") informs on thereceipt by the Company on 5 September 2016 of the statement of theMinister of Energy prepared on the same date on exercising by theMinister of Energy the right to appoint, pursuant to § 24 item 1 of theCompany's Statute, a Member of the Supervisory Board of Enea S.A.
Compliant with the above-mentioned right, Mr. Paweł Skopiński wasnominated into the composition of the Company's Supervisory Board as of5 September 2016.
The information relating to the nominated person will be published in aseparate current report after the Issuer obtains relevant informationand representations.
