Discuss a proposal to distribute cash dividends to the Shareholders amounting to 52% (fifty-two percent) of the share capital of the company, being 52 (fifty- two) UAE Fils per share, and to submit this proposal to the Board of Directors during their meeting on 16 March 2023.	النظر في عدد من الأمور الهامة منها التقرير السنوي لمجلس الإدارة حول أنشطة الشركة خلال عام 2022 واعتماد البيانات المالية للشركة عن العام المنتهى في 31 ديسمبر 2022 ودعوة الجمعية العمومية للانعقاد كما سيتم مناقشة أقتراح توزيع أرباح نقدية للمساهمين وذلك بنسبة 52% من رأس مال الشركة وبواقع 52 فلسأ إماراتياً للسهم الواحد, ورفع هذا الاقتراح إلى اجتماع مجلس الإدارة خلال اجتماعهم بتاريخ 16 مارس	.2023	الاجتماع
