Dear Mr. Al Serkal,

The Company would like to disclose that the Board of Directors of Emaar Development PJSC intends to issue resolutions by circulation on Monday 30 March 2020 after 2pm, including the approval of the Annual Report of the Board of Directors regarding the activities of the Company during the year, adoption of the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019, the invitation to convene the General Assembly and other business. The resolutions of the Board of Directors will be disclosed once approved.
