Estonian Competition Authority has approved Elisa’s Starman acquisition

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16 MARCH 2017 AT 2:33 PM Estonian Competition Authority has approved the transaction in which Elisa acquires 100 per cent of AS Starman’s share capital from Polaris Invest and Com Holding. Starman is number one in pay TV services and number two in fixed broadband services in Estonia. Elisa estimates that the deal will be closed during March–April 2017.
