Elisa’s ownership in Anvia has increased to 32.5 per cent

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 29 JUNE 2015 12:00 AM Elisa made a tender offer to all shareholders in Anvia at a price of EUR 2,000 per share from 15 April 2015 to 26 June 2015. Elisa's ownership in Anvia increased to 32.5 per cent calculated without the transaction of Anvia's treasury shares and Elisa is the biggest shareholder in Anvia. On 8 April 2015 the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority approved the transaction in which Elisa gains a control over Anvia.
