Aeternum Capital AS ("Aeternum"), a company closely associated with board member and primary insider in Elektroimportøren AS ("Elektroimportøren") Gaute Gillebo (who has been appointed as representative for Aeternum at the board of directors of Elektroimportøren), has today acquired 1,600,000 shares in Elektroimportøren at a price of NOK 75.00 per share.
