Haifa, Israel, March 14, 2012 – Elbit Systems Ltd. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ and TASE: ESLT) , announced, further to its earlier announcement today regarding its consolidated results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2011 (the “Prior Announcement”), that there was a typographical error in the Prior Announcement regarding the rate of taxes and levies required by law to be deducted in connection with the dividend payment.

The rate of taxes and levies that will be deducted from the dividend payment is 25% (instead of the 20% appearing in the Prior Announcement).
