Mr. Mlind Ta\athi has donechemical Engineering from UDCT, Mumbai and has a management degree f rom Pune University. He has about 37 years of experience in the chemical industry in various product segments including specialty chemicals a has caried out diverse functions in his career. Mr. Milind Talathi has been with the Company since 16 July 2013. Mr. Milind Talathi is not related to any Director on the Board of the Company a does not hold any shares in the Company.

In compliance with SEBI Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, and as per the confirmation received from Mr. Milind Talathi, he has not been debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any order of the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any such other authority.

b. Pursuant to the recommendation of the Audit Committee and subject to the approval of the Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors, in its Meeting held today i.e. on 23 February 2021, has re-appointed M/s Price Waterhouse (Firm Registration No. 012754N/N500016) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the second term of five years commencing from the financial year 2021 i.e. from the conclusion of the 65th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 70th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
