DELIVERY OF VESSEL - VIKING NEPTUN

Eidesvik Offshore has today taken delivery of the

Offshore Construction Vessel Viking Neptun from Kleven

Verft AS.

A long-term loan facility of MUSD 124 has been drawn

with Nordea and Eksportkreditt Norway/GIEK to finance

the vessel.

The vessel will primo March commence on a contract

with Technip. Please see disclosure sent November 24

2014, November 25 2014 and December 16 2014.

The vessel has a length of 145 m and a beam of 31 m.

It is equipped with 2 offshore cranes on 400T and 100T

respectively and a Carousel with a capsity of 4400T

flexible pipes. The vessel has classification ICE 1B

which means she is prepared for operation in artic

waters.
