APPOINTED NEW CFO

Thor Krukhaug (38) has been appointed the position as Chief

Financial Officer of Eidesvik Offshore ASA. He comes from

the position as Financial Manager of the company, a position

he has held since 2012.

Thor is a graduate Master in Business and Economics from NHH

Norwegian School of Economics and Certified European
