THE BOARD APPROVAL OF THE 2016 FINAL ACCOUNTS

The Board of Directors of Eidesvik Offshore ASA has today

approved the final annual report and accounts for 2016.

The Annual profit for the Group for 2016 was a loss of MNOK

565. The corresponding Annual profit made public as

Preliminary annual accounts the 28th of February 2017 was a

loss of MNOK 404. The change in the profit is an impairment

charge on shares in joint ventures, as a result of

impairment charges on vessels in these companies. The Groups

equity is reduced accordingly.

The annual general meeting is scheduled to the 22nd of May

2017 in Langevåg Bygdatun, Bømlo. Summoning, annual report

and agenda will be distributed through Oslo Børs and on

www.eidesvik.no. The summoning will also be sent by post.

It is proposed that no dividend is paid for the accounting

year 2016.
