Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [SEBI (LODR)), that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, July 29, 2019 to inter- alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. We are arranging to issue a public notice regarding the same in accordance with Regulation 47(1)(a) of the SEBI (LODR).

We further wish to inform you that the Board will also be considering the proposal to raise Rs. 100 crs by issue of Non Convertible Debentures on private placement basis in one and more tranches at this meeting.
