EDPR clarifies its position regarding the press news about a possible acquisition of Sunseap
Madrid, October 26 th 2021: EDP Renováveis, S.A. ("EDPR") Business plan 2021-25 has a 20 GW growth target and therefore EDPR is constantly looking for growth opportunities in the different regions.
In relation to the news circulated in the press regarding the possible acquisition of Sunseap, EDPR hereby clarifies that it has not concluded any negotiation nor signed any agreement to acquire Sunseap.
As usual, EDPR will inform the market in due course if and when it reaches a binding agreement in relation to any material transaction.
