Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Company has pleasure in announcing the appointment of Mr. Vince Leone to its Board of Directors effective as of today. Mr. Leone will join the Company in the capacity of a non executive role and this position has been created to further strengthen corporate governance and the number of independent directors on the Board. The purpose to this is as a prelude to our forthcoming EGM which is being held such that our shareholders can vote amongst other matters on the proposed Sholl and OneNetwork acquisitions, reconstruction, and capital raise. Post a successful passing of proposed resolutions at EGM, Mobi will be a very different Company with revenue, positive cash flows and substantial growth opportunities. It is important that we are prepared in all ways to harness this very exciting future.

Mr. Leone has significant experience in the Investment, Information Technology and Telephony sectors. We are delighted to have been afforded the opportunity to have him join our Board and look forward to sharing in his wealth of knowledge and experience base.
