Director's Share Dealings

Anglo Pacific Group PLC (the "Company") (LSE: APF, TSX: APY) announces that it received notification on December 2, 2015 of the following transaction by Ms. Rachel Rhodes, Non-executive Director of the Company.

On December 2, 2015, Ms. Rhodes acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £0.63 per Share.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Following this notification, the total beneficial holding of Shares by Ms. Rhodes and her connected persons is now 15,000 Shares, representing 0.01% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

This notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R.
