Publication issued in application of article 14 of the law of 2 May 2007 (the "Law") pertaining to the publication of major holdings in issuers the shares of which are admitted to trading on a regulated market and which contain various provisions.
On 8 September 2021, in application of the provisions of the Law, Econocom Group SE (the "Company") received a notification of the crossing of a threshold of BIS B.V. (Bedrijfs Informatie Systemen B.V.), an indirect and 100% owned subsidiary of Econocom Group.
It is recalled that BIS B.V. is controlled by Econocom Group SE, itself controlled by Econocom International BV, which is ultimately itself controlled by Mr Jean-Louis Bouchard.
Pursuant to this notification, BIS B.V. states that it crossed the threshold of 5% of the Company's voting rights on 13 August 2021.
On 13 August 2021, BIS B.V held 16,445,090 voting rights, representing 5.83% of the voting rights attached to the Company's shares.
It should be noted that the crossing of the threshold of 5% of the Company's voting rights by BIS B.V. results in Econocom Group SE indirectly crossing the threshold of 10% of the Company's voting rights.
