Chief Financial Officer - confirmation of start date

easyJet is pleased to confirm that following the announcement on 18 September 2020 of the appointment of Kenton Jarvis as Chief Financial Officer, Kenton will join the business and be appointed to the Board with effect from 3 February 2021. Andrew Findlay will step down as Chief Financial Officer and from the Board with effect from the same date. This will be followed by a short handover to ensure a smooth transition.
