Changes to previously announced Board changes

The Company announced on 20 June that Moya Greene woud join the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 1 September 2017 and that Keith Hamill would retire from the Board as Non-Executive Director on 31 July 2017.

To support the Chief Executive search process, the Board has taken the decision to bring forward the appointment date of Moya Greene to 19 July 2017 and Keith Hamill has agreed to stay on the Board for a further period, expected to be no later than the end of the year.
