On September 19 -20, 2016, Eagle Financial Services, Inc. (the “Company”) participated in the 12 th Annual FIG Partners Bank CEO Forum in Atlanta, GA. An investor presentation, which included information regarding the Company’s financial results, business strategies and trends was made available to analysts and investors. A copy of the presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
