Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Director/PDMR

The Company was informed that on 4 April 2016, Tim Mason, Chairman of Eagle Eye Solutions Group plc, bought 50,000 of the Company's ordinary shares and his wife Fiona Mason bought 25,000 of the Company's ordinary shares, all at a price of 195.5 pence per share.

Tim Mason's beneficial interest is now 75,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.3% of the ordinary shares in issue.

These four products enable the Company's customers to deliver targeted promotions, gift vouchers and rewards to consumers in real time, in a simple and secure way, across multiple marketing communications channels including email, SMS messaging and loyalty apps. The promotions can be redeemed securely by the consumer through any enabled point of sale channel.

The Company's current customer base comprises leading names in UK grocery, retail and hospitality including Asda, Greggs, JD Sports, Ladbrokes, Marks & Spencer, Mitchells & Butlers, Pizza Express, Tesco and Thomas Pink.
