Eagle Bancorp, Inc. is filing a notification that information published by the Washington Post on July 30, 2012 concerning a transaction by Ronald D. Paul was in error. On July 18, 2012, Mr. Paul exercised options, and purchased 620 shares of Eagle Bancorp, Inc. common stock at $6.46 per share.
