ANNOUNCEMENT ON UNAUDITED OPERATING DATA FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF THE THREE MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019 AND THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019

This announcement is voluntarily made by Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group* ”).

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of the Company is pleased to announce that the unaudited waste input volume, electricity generation volume and on-grid electricity volume of the Group amounted to 1,959,600 tons, 669,642,700 kWh and 553,072,700 kWh respectively in the fourth quarter of the three months ended 31 December 2019. For the year ended 31 December 2019, the unaudited waste input volume of the Group amounted to 7,193,100 tons, representing a year-on-year increase of 53.31%; the electricity generation volume was 2,342,215,300 kWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 53.06%; and the on-grid electricity volume was 1,930,895,600 kWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 50.44%.
