The Data Exchange Network Limited (ASX: DXN) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of The Data Exchange Network Limited (‘DXN’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of DXN, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 25 March 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, The Data Exchange Network Limited (ASX: DXN) requests an immediate trading halt over the Companies securities pending the release of an announcement to the market.

The trading halt is requested until the commencement of trading on Monday 25 March 2019 or upon the release by the Company of a further announcement to the market regarding a capital raising.

The Directors are not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
