(accredited engineer), 53, as a member of the Dürr AG Board of Management as of October 1, 2002 and as the Chairman of the Management Board as of January 1, 2003. Hans Dieter Pötsch, Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. (accredited industrial engineer), 51, the present Chairman of the Management Board will leave the company at his own request on December 31, 2002 and join the Volkswagen AG Board of Management. Mr. Rojahn, mechanical and industrial engineer by profession, has worked for Robert Bosch GmbH for 23 years in various positions and countries. Recently, Mr. Rojahn has been a member of the Bosch group’s Board of Management. Mr. Pötsch has been the Chairman of the Dürr AG Board of Management since 1995.
