DTI Group Limited – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of DTI Group Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company about the outcome of the institutional component of the accelerated entitlement offer. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 16 May 2018.

Request for Trading Halt: DTI Group Ltd (DTI)

DTI Group Ltd (ASX: DTI) ( DTI ) requests that a trading halt be applied to its securities under ASX Listing Rule 17.1 prior to the commencement of trading today.

DTI sets out details below of the request in accordance with ASX Listing Rules:

• The trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to a proposed nonrenounceable accelerated entitlement offer by the Company, involving both institutional and retail components ( Entitlement Offer ).

• DTI requests that the trading halt apply from prior to the commencement of trading on Monday 14 May 2018 and remain in place until Wednesday 16 May 2018 pending DTI making an announcement to the market about the completion of the institutional component of the Entitlement Offer.

• The Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the requested trading halt.
